Dr Sean Miller
Dr Deirdre Leake
Deirdre Leake, MD

Dr. Leake’s main office is at Facial Rejuvenation Centre. Her surgical specialty focuses on the nose, face, ears, throat, neck and skin. Her five-year residency was in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) at the University of Rochester, NY. From there, she completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the highly esteemed University of Michigan Medical Centre in Ann Arbor. She has dedicated six full years solely to the head and neck area. This extensive training allows her to manage functional and aesthetic problems simultaneously.

With expertise in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Leake has accomplished thousands of successful operations of the head and neck on women, men, children, and infants. She has been trained in all aspects of facial cosmetic surgery, including minimally invasive endoscopic forehead surgery, different types of facelifts, aesthetic and functional rhinoplasties, multiple modalities of skin resurfacing, and reconstruction after skin cancer excision. Her expertise stems not only from her technical skill, but also from the attention to detail of an artist: Dr. Leake is a highly trained artist who draws, paints, and sculpts.

Kurt Muellner, Au.D., CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology, Kurt Muellner, received his Doctoral Degree in Audiology from the University of Florida. Prior to earning his Doctoral Degree in Audiology, Dr. Muellner earned a master’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, and his bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders, from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.

Dr. Muellner is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). He has years of clinical experience performing comprehensive hearing diagnostics as well as balance testing. He has professional experience with hearing and tinnitus counseling, as well as experience with education, selection, and the fitting of hearing instruments and assistive listening devices.

Dr. Muellner utilizes a consultative and informative approach to amplification fittings that allow patients to make their own decisions based off their needs, motivations, and lifestyle.

Originally from WI, Dr. Muellner has lived in the Charlotte, NC area as well as Fort Myers, FL before settling here in St. Augustine. In his spare time, Dr. Muellner enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs at the beach as much as possible. Dr. Muellner also enjoys surfing and skateboarding in addition to being a huge football fan and automotive enthusiast.

Ashley Vanjaria
Ashley Vanjaria, DNP, APRN

Ashley Baldwin Vanjaria graduated in 2006 from the Medical University of South Carolina and worked as a Registered Nurse in the intensive care setting until she completed her graduate training. She became an official Florida Gator in 2018 when she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida. Shortly thereafter, she became board certified as an Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and began training as an Ear, Nose, and Throat provider with a concentration in Head and Neck surgery at the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. She has been a part of North Florida Center for Otolaryngology’s Head and Neck team for the last 3 years with her areas of expertise being in head and neck neoplasms.

Ashley lives on Anastasia Island with her family. She is married and has 2 sons and 2 daughters. She loves spending time at the beach or fishing. She also loves to read a good thriller.
